Pass through the famous Kaminarimon Gate with its massive red lantern and stroll down lively Nakamise Street, where colorful stalls, traditional snacks, and souvenirs capture the charm of old Tokyo. Nearby, Hoppy Street invites you into its cozy izakayas, where cheerful locals gather for drinks and laughter, giving you a true taste of the city’s warm hospitality. With your guide’s help, pick up your favorite local treats like fresh sushi, smoky yakitori, crispy takoyaki, and sake or Japanese beer — the perfect companions for the evening ahead.
Then, shift from tradition to modern Tokyo as you board a relaxing evening cruise along the Sumida River to Tokyo Bay — considered one of the most prestigious ways for locals to enjoy the city. Onboard, savor the food and drinks you’ve collected while admiring stunning views of Rainbow Bridge, Tokyo Tower, and the glittering skyline, all while soaking up the vibrant energy of Tokyo at night.
