Why Kento Recommends This Tour

Tips and recommendations by our official guides

Step inside one of Japan’s most iconic sports landmarks on the only Tokyo Dome tour sold in English. This is more than a stadium visit. With a baseball-loving local guide, you’ll go beyond the usual route and experience parts of Tokyo Dome that excite real fans, including stepping onto the field, seeing the bullpen and bench area up close, and taking photos with a bat once used by real players.

For Japanese baseball fans, Tokyo Dome is more than just a ballpark. It is one of the most iconic places in Japanese baseball. I played baseball seriously from elementary school through high school, and like many Japanese kids, Tokyo Dome was always a special dream in my heart. That’s why this place feels special to me.

This tour is for MLB fans who want to feel how deeply baseball is loved in Japan, for those whose interest in Japanese baseball began with players like Shohei Ohtani or Ichiro, and for families who want to enjoy baseball while learning about Japanese sports culture.

Even if you are not an expert, the tour is easy to enjoy. I’m now a Giants fan who still goes to the ballpark, and I love sharing how Japanese baseball feels different from MLB. My hope is that guests leave feeling closer not only to baseball in Japan, but also to Japan itself.
