- Return to Shinjuku Station (or leave from the final stop if you prefer)
- Vegetarian options on this tour are limited, as most Japanese restaurants do not provide full vegetarian menus. If you would like a vegetarian course, please request it in advance (no later than the day before). We are unable to accommodate same-day vegetarian requests. Also, we kindly ask your understanding for the BBQ grill to be shared, it cannot be separated according to your dietary restrictions.

- We cannot guarantee allergy-free meals or accommodate all dietary restrictions, as food is prepared in partner kitchens outside of MagicalTrip’s control. Substitutions may not always be possible, though our guides will do their best to adjust at other stops when feasible.
- Japan’s climate can be extreme, with summer highs reaching 40°C (110°F) and winter lows around -5°C (20°F). Please prepare accordingly.
- To provide the best experience for everyone, the tour will start on time. Venues will be selected based on the number and age of participants.
- If you are late and miss the group, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or rescheduling.

- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the tour starting time.
