Welcome to Osaka! While many tourists rely on crowded trains to get around, the absolute best way to experience the true heartbeat of this vibrant city is on a bicycle. I designed this 5-hour small-group cycling tour for active travelers who want to feel the refreshing breeze while exploring both famous landmarks and hidden local neighborhoods.
We will start by visiting a local shrine dedicated to the god of study, where I will teach you traditional etiquette. Then, we will dive into history at the Osaka Museum of Housing and Living to see how the city has evolved. As we cycle past historic buildings like the Mint Bureau, you will see a side of Osaka that cars and trains simply miss!
For lunch, we will stop at a local favorite for authentic Okonomiyaki or Yakisoba. Finally, we will explore the majestic Osaka Castle with its stunning stone walls and gold accents, ending the day with a relaxing cafe stop. Let's enjoy an active, unforgettable adventure together!

Dive deep into the city's rich history at the Osaka Museum of Housing and Living. Your expert guide will lead you through beautifully recreated old streets, showing you exactly how locals lived in the past. - Cycling under the influence of alcohol, and using a smartphone while cycling are strictly prohibited by law in Japan. Penalties will be imposed on violators, as well as on bicycle providers and fellow passengers. (Smartphone use is allowed when the bicycle is stopped.)
- Because most Japanese restaurants are not fully ready for providing vegetarian menus, limited choices of vegetarian foods in our tour is available.
- Anyone over 150cm ( 4′11″)tall can join this tour.
- Rental bike is included (Helmet is not included)
- Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes for cycling.
- Itinerary order is subject to change depending on traffic, weather and operation.

- The itinerary for this tour includes some locations that are not accessible by a wheelchair or stroller.
- This tour is not recommended for people with mobility issues, if you have walking problems we recommend booking a private tour.
- Please inform us at least one day before the tour if you have any dietary requests or allergies to mention.
- Note: Requests made on the day of the tour cannot be accommodated.
- Please note that we are unable to guarantee allergy-free or cater to dietary restrictions as the food is prepared in kitchens that do not belong to MagicalTrip. Additionally, there may be instances where substitutions are not possible at certain stops; however, we will make every effort to compensate at different stops throughout the tour.
- Out of respect for other guests and to ensure the best tour for everyone, we must start the tour on time.
- You will not be able to join the tour, get a refund or reschedule if you are late for the tour and miss the group.
- Japan's climate has become more extreme, with summer highs of 40°C (110°F) and winter lows of -5°C (20°F). Please prepare accordingly for the tour. The tour might be cancelled in case of unsuitable weather for safety reasons.
- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the tour starting time.
- Free date/time rescheduling up to 24 hours before the tour starting time (depending on availability).
- The tour would be cancel If there is a 40% or more of rain probability. (In case of cancellation we will send a message one day before the tour)
