It was a really nice and relaxed experience! I think it is very approachable as one doesn’t need a large amount of knowledge of Japanese cooking methods in order to participate and can learn a new thing or two. Going to the grocery store was neat as well, as it shows how someone living here might go about their day. Tammy is very cool and has a lot of knowledge about cooking and Japanese culture in general!
