Yushin was an excellent, knowledgable and very personal guide. We were surprised it was just my wife and I, very pleasantly surprised. Overall very enjoyable and one I’d recommend

Yushin was just the best!! Thanks so much for hosting a wonderful night. A great way to see Tokyo at night. Very interesting places we never would have found ourselves. Highly recommend

Had the most amazing time with Yushin on our bar hopping tour. He took us to the best places and had a great sense of humour. He’s also a great karaoke singer. Very highly recommend.

Amazing! Yushin was absolutely spectacular! He was so knowledgeable and great at leading the tour. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Tokyo the first time!

Wonderful time. Great food. Yushin is very friendly and warm. As a solo traveler I had a lot of fun. The beef was my favorite!!

Our guide Yushin was fantastic, knowledgeable and fun. Plenty of food and drinks included in price. Highly recommend we had a great night.

Best experience ever in Shibuya. I’ve been to Shibuya before but never like this. Many new and exotic foods and great guidance as we experienced new things.

Absolutely amazing night out!!! Yushan was THE BEST!!! Had a great time. Highly recommend this tour. Good company, good bars and a great tour guide

Yushin did a great job guiding our small group through Shinjuku, giving us some background and taking us to some very cool and very well hidden restaurants for great food. Recommend for good food and company especially for other solo travellers

YUSHIN TANAKA WAS AN AMAZING GUIDE AND GAVE US A GREAT NIGHT. WE MET AS STRANGERS AND LEFT AS FRIENDS. WE WERE IMMERSED IN TOKYO NIGHT LIFE. PEOPLE, SOUNDS, COLOURS ON AND OFF THE STREETS. EACH RESTARAUNT WAS UNIQUE. HE EXPLAINED OUR FOOD, THE CULTURAL SIGNIFICANCE AND THE ETIQUETTE. WE WERE BLOWN AWAY.

Yushian was our tour guide and he was great. He showed us around all of shinjinku. Bars and food were very fun! Thank you for a great time. Would do it again!

Great tour and great personality. Wonderful orchestration of the group and unique experience of the city. Really appreciated

Our guide was amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly + very kind. A great small group experience. A wonderful way to see + taste local culture.

Absolutely loved the Tokyo Food Tour with Yushin! As a group, we visited 3 different locations with such amazing food. Going in a small group tour is fabulous as you get to try restaurants you would have never seen! It was a great experience trying different Japanese foods and it is a great way to meet new people! Can’t wait to come back to Tokyo and do another one!

Amazing! Yushin (tour guide) was incredibly friendly and informative throughout, doing a great job of walking us through Shinjuku while educating us on the nuances of each of the areas we visited and giving further recommendations in the area. The food was great, drinks lovely, and the vibes were immaculate--couldn't recommend this experience more to any tourists wanting to explore Tokyo.

The food was great! Yushin is an amazing guide and super fun to be around. He took us a couple extra places and would help tell us about traditional Japanese food and also showed us some of his favorite places

Tanaka was the best tour guide and felt like a friend for the night. He was easy to get along with and answered all the questions we had. He brought us to 3 great spots, which had great drinks and food. I would highly recommend this tour.

This food tour exceeded our expectations! Great restaurant choices for every palate in my family. We started off with amazing, fresh sushi from Hokkaido at local restaurant with amazing chicken karaage that my son loved. Followed by Japanese BBQ with great cuts of wagyu. Our guide Shuto was very engaging, social and worked with our family’s interest. He showed highlights from local perspective in Shinjuku. Yushin was a super star!

Great food. Very good quantity. Yushin was a fabulous guide. Very kind and friendly. Wonderful district to visit. Would highly recommend

Had a 10/10 experience with Yushin and Any. They were very insightful about Shinjuku and gave us great recommendations places we went to later in our trip. Also great sushi and wagyu beef!

Had a blast on the food tour! Amy and Yushin were super friendly and took us to places I wouldn’t have visited by myself. Delicious food too.

The food was fantastic and we got to see a variety of different locations. The steak was the best I have ever had in my life and Yushin was great!

Despite the rain, we still had great experience in the fish market. Yushin was accommodating waiting for us since we were late. His English is good and the food he picked to experience was great. I highly recommended the tour.

Absolutely fantastic Yushan was amazing - really laid back and just made you feel at ease. Gave us a ton of background on the food and how to eat it like a local. Highly recommend him as a guide.

Yushin showed us around and gave heaps of laughs. Made everyone feel comfortable and have a great time. Would highly recommend again, even in the rain :)

This was so much fun! Yushin took us to quite a few spots in the city that were surprises and the tour was great. Would recommend

Just want to say our night was fantastic. Our Guide Yushin was great. Young and enthusiastic and having been to Australia was keen to discuss travel. The food we had tonight has us wanting more and our last stop on the tour was a great little bar wher if you have more than 8 people it’s full. There was a German an Irishman two Aussies and of course our Japanese tour guide. I would highly recommend it. Mark & Sue from Cronulla.

Yushin was a wonderful guide and very knowledgeable. Our tour was fun and energetic, he definitely knew how to make a group of strangers become friends in a short amount of time. 10/10 experience!

Yushin was the best! So friendly and knowledgeable about everything. Definitely made us feel like we got the secret tour! I would not have seen any part of Tokyo if it wasn’t for him! The food was amazing and so was the company. We will definitely keep in touch with our new friend!!!

Wanted to experience the bars as they come to live after work hours so joined the bar hopping in Shinjuku on a weeknight. As I'm the only one booked for this tour, it is almost like a guys' night out.Yushin explained a bit about the drinking culture in Japan and the Memory Lane (omoide yokocho). Plenty of food/drink to chose from so it shouldn't be an issue for anyone joining this tour. The last bar was a karaoke bar with a stage (for the brave), which was a surprise as I have been wanting to sing for a while so this was nice. Overall, great experience during this solo trip. Thanks Yushin.

Great food tour. Many hidden gems that we would have never found if not for our amazing guide Yushin. English was perfect and was very informative about the local areas. The food was very tasty including the wagyu beef. We visited 3 restaurants in total. The last one being the most interesting as it has a pick your own sweet buffet. Definitely worth checking out.

Guide was nice and stopped/sampled excellent vendors but gave little to no information about the food, the market-its history, how it works etc. I was hoping to learn something rather than just eat

Yushin was amazing! He not only explained a lot but the overall vibe was super friendly and fun! We ate some amazing food and had some delicious local drinks, thanks to his recommendations! Would definitely recommend this!

Yusjin was amazing as a guide. Definitely recommend. Plan time to visit the market after the tour (market closes at 3pm).

Wonderful afternoon at Tsukiji! Yushin was great at explaining the vendors and navigating us through the market. We sampled great seafood and had a very good seafood lunch. I had the seared salmon bowl. Special thanks to Yushin for helping me buying an amazing Japanese chef's knife.

Yushin is the best! Great restaurant choices and great advice. Even went out of his way to help us purchase Shinkansen bullet train tickets!!

Yushin was great! We really enjoyed him showing us some places to eat and drink! Highly recommend! We really liked the Wagyu!

This tour gave us a glimpse into some different eating spots in Shinjuku - all the food was delicious and I now know some new snacks I’ll be looking for tomorrow. Yushin was a great host for the tour!

Great food with a great guide. Started with good sushi then great beef and ended at an amazing bar with unlimited Japanese snacks/sweets.

Lots of fun! Food was yummy. I'm pescatarian and still had options. Met nice people. Host was knowledgeable and spoke good English. Saw some sites I wouldn't have otherwise seen. Would recommend!

Yushin was the best!! He took us to amazing places and explored the area with amazing views. Bring your appetite and walking shoes.

Had a great time with Yushin as our guide! Started with Wagyu beef that you get to grill table side with some sides. Then sushi with options for traditional versus modern sushi preparations (a vegetarian option was also available!). Then a stop at a bar for a drink and grab your own snacks of choice (savory, sweet, and sour). 1 drink (other than water) included at all sites. Lots of cool stops to see along the way—popular streets in Shinjuku, the Godzilla statue, a shrine, and even a special sightseeing stop. Would highly recommend!

Yushin took us on a great food tour of Shinjuku. We had time for a special side trip for a view of the city, and saw a shrine. Great Wagyu beef, biggest sushi I’ve ever seen, and cool dessert spot. As a tourist who would only ever know about ground level establishments, it was so cool to go upstairs and try new places! Yushin was very attentive to food allergies and dietary preferences and helped navigate and read labels as needed.

Yushin was a fantastic tour guide! We ate amazing food, explored unexpected areas, and learned all about Shinjuku. I would 10/10 recommend this to anyone and everyone who wants a sampling of Shinjuku’s food scene with tour guides who will also get that instagram-worthy pic. We love Yushin!!He was also excellent at making sure that we knew all allergens as we had a peanut allergy in our group! It made us all less anxious ☺️☺️

Really good tour and food! Especially the dessert place was a big surprise! Our friendly guide Yushin achieved the impossible, keeping our small group together while we were roaming the super crowded streets of Tokyo.

Yushin was a great guide and a fun person to hang out with. it’s obvious from this experience he enjoys meeting new people and sharing thr joys of Tokyo woth othera

We went on such an amazing tour with Yushin! He took us to delicious restaurants where we tried great meat and great drinks. The tour was small so we could meet people and get to know them personally. We even did an extra stop for dessert which was unreal. Loved the tour and loved Yushin. Would recommend.

I got lucky on a Sunday night and scored a solo food tour with Yushin. He provided great explanations on the foods during the tour. I even learned a new way to eat sushi. I also became a fan of dried squid snacks.

Had a great time with Yushin our tour guide. He kept us on a timetable without it feeling rushed so we got a chance to see the 3D cat, Godzilla, and a temple on top of having some fun dining experiences. I especially loved the last stop where you get to try a bunch of Japanese snacks.
