We had an amazing food tour with Yuki. We saw areas of the city we never would have visited without her guidance, learned about the city’s history, and had some fantastic food as well. Can’t recommend enough!

What wonderful tour! We got to explore areas of Kyoto that we would not have otherwise known, the variety of food served was amazing! The guide Yuuki was very friendly and knowledgeable, and her English speaking was really good. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip and recommend it highly.

Did this tour with Yuuki last night and it was amazing.  Come hungry as you are going to 3 restaurants for amazing Kyoto food that is so much better than you imagine.  Yuuki was the best, looking after us and also giving us a tour of Gion.  If I could give her more than5stars I would.  I went with my family and my sister family and we had so much fun and we were so full and satisfied.  I am sure this will be a highlight of our trip

A very good tour around some parts of Kyoto. Yuuki was very nice and paid attention to everyone’s questions. The food selection was good overall.

We had an entertaining guide and a congenial group for our Kyoto night food tour and we learned a few interesting bits about Kyoto culture. However the gastronomic experience was underwhelming and I would not label it a foodie tour. Additionally my wife couldn’t eat raw fish and the restaurant removed the sashimi without providing a substitute. The experience was not worth the price.

Yuuki was both a polite and easygoing host. She did well to keep us to our schedule so we could fully enjoy our experience. As visitor to Kyoto she shared with us three placesni would never have found on our own. And each venue was unique and interesting!  The food, sake, and cocktails were interesting and added to our trip experience. Thanks, Yuuki!

Amazing tour of Nara's highlights! We got to see Todai-ji Temple and Kasuga Grand Shrine. There was also a phenomenal Japanese lunch and an opportunity to feed the deer (they are everywhere!). Our tour guides, Yuuki and Katsumi were awesome! They shared a lot of facts and history along the way. Highly recommended tour!

Yuki-chan is the best!  Very good english and full of fun facts about the sights and everything Nara has to offer!  Listen to her words of wisdom feeding the deer and you’ll have a great experience!

Yuki was a really nice guide, and she did a great job leading our small group around Nara - highly recommend booking this tour if you’re in the area! The meeting point was easy to find (right outside the train station), the temple and shrine were interesting to visit, and the organized lunch was well-timed and really delicious. Feeding the deer was a fun experience too - really great day trip if you’re based in Osaka or Kyoto!

Yuuki was an amazing tour guide! She was very knowledgeable and made our tour very unique. She even stopped and showed me her favorite Taiyaki place. The temples and shrines were all very interesting and beautiful to explore. My favorite part was definitely feeding the deer. I highly recommend this tour and our tour guide Yuuki.

Yuuki was the best guide! It was a very hot day and Yuuki made sure we were all comfortable, had plenty of breaks and stayed hydrated (plenty of vending machines and shops along the route). She was full of interesting facts about all of the stops and even knew a better/less crowded spot for feeding the deer. Would recommended this tour to anyone (unless walking is an issue). It was a great day and we will cherish the memories forever  :) PS baby deer were out in July, but you cannot and should not touch them

Yuuki was a knowledgeable guide and excellent conversationalist. The tour will require a lot of walking so bring comfortable walking shoes. I was running a few minutes behind to get to the meeting spot and the company was easy to reach at to ask the guide if it was possible to wait for me just 5 more minutes due to the metro running behind. They were understanding of my situation and I was able to make it in time for the tour. This was an excellent tour to learn about the history of Nara, experience feeding the deer, and a very hearty and delicious lunch included. Worth it!

Yuki was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. Because she was a local, the tour was a lot more authentic. Lots of fun ungooglable facts! And such a beautiful route, loved collecting all the Goushin stamps hahaha! She was exceptionally patient with how much we wanted to walk around and look. Can’t recommend this tour more, it was amazing!

5 Stars for Yuuki! Visited Nara and the DEER along with Temples, Shrines, Parks, had a traditional lunch and lots of souvenirs and shops/food on the way. Yuuki was the perfect guide. She was knowledgeable in her history and made the explanations to our family interesting. She was also funny. Best guide if you can request her and great walking tour!

We took a half-day Nara walking tour with Uki.  Uki was an excellent guide- extremely patient and knowledgeable.  Uki made a sincere effort to relate to everyone in our 7-person group (my family of 4 and another family of 3).  Nara itself was fun (a walk in the park!)  The temple was spectacular- maybe the most impressive sight of our entire vacation!  The walk through the park was pleasant and lunch was a treat- a multi-course hotpot meal.  A very enjoyable day.

What a trip to Nara! Everything was amazing, and Yuuki added more value to this trip! Yuuki has a lot of experience and explains to us a lot, and gives us important and relevant information! Also, the lunch time was an authentic Japanese style! You are going to love that!I recommend 100%

Our half day tour with Yuuki was done very well. It was actually a three-quarter day tour. We had a lovely lunch and her knowledge and expertise of the temples and shrines of Nara was explain excellently. if someone is looking at this tour, keep in mind there are lots of steps and ground to cover. She tried to apologize for the amount of uneven steps, but kept telling her that it was not her fault. However, we are very glad we did this tour. We wish Yuuki a successful life and happiness too..

We had a fantastic time on our Nara trip with Yuki as our guide! She was incredibly knowledgeable and provided wonderful insights into the history and culture of each site we visited. Feeding the friendly deer in Nara Park was such a unique experience, and Yuki made it even more special by explaining their significance in local tradition. It was a surprisingly fun tour. Our guide Yuki knew a lot about the area and the sights to tell. It was a varied tour with visiting the temple, shrine, feeding the deer and a nice traditional Japanese lunch.

Really enjoyable tour, would recommend. The tour guide shared lots of information not available by self touring and the lunch provided a taste of several different dishes. Definitely visit Nara and the deer when in Japan!

This was a perfect blend of culture, history, great food and drinks. Yuuki was an amazing tour guide who would tell us about the history as we walked the Gion district as well as explaining the meals and drinks we had a long the way. My group of 3 all loved it.

We took this walking tour on 11/2 at 10:00 with Yuki. She was very friendly. However, we were a little bit disappointed with the content of the tour instead - she didn’t seem to be trained nor had a ton of information to give.I believe it is the company’s fault for not having a thorough training for their guides making sure they’re operationally ready prior to taking guests. It felt more like walking around a city with a friend vs. an informational tour that I’d want to pay money for. Honestly would not recommend to do again.

Yuki was our tour guide. She was wonderful. She made everyone feel welcome and as a result we all were very comfortable with each other and were very warm with each other. I learned much about the sites. She paced the walk in a way that was not at all hurried but we covered all the sites. It truly was a tour unlike others that felt stressed and hurried. Mahalo nui Yuki! She added the option of a Sake Tasting at the end and it was wonderful. So happy I came on her tour.

Yuki was a fantastic host who gave us a lot of interesting information and patience while we took photos and viewed the sights. We thoroughly enjoyed ending the tour at a sake brewery.

The half day walking tour was a great way to experience Nara! From seeing all the shrines, to feeding deer, and experiencing Todaiji Temple it was great learning fascinating facts along the way. Our tour guide, Yuuki was really knowledgeable, welcoming & sweet and did a wonderful job with the overall pacing (and took amazing photos of us!)
