Lam was excellent and so much fun to be around. He had great recommendations and the food was so good. Drinks were amazing and the company was awesome. Definitely recommend

Fab time on this tour. We wouldn't have had the confidence to eat in the more local areas at first. Since the tour we have been eating in more local places and having a great time Our guide was lovely and we met fab people in our group.

A really great introduction to Shinjuku and foodie culture in Japan. Lam was really knowledgeable and good fun! As a solo traveller the tour was a great way to go to places I’d never brave on my own!

Thanks to Lam and Yuka for hosting a fun evening of drinks, food, and conversation. They introduced us to a couple fun bars and I’ll never forget that beef sushi!

Disappointed! Don’t like to leave bad reviews but the tour was poor. Although the guide was nice, he was 15 minutes late, not very confident, not local and there were no other people on the tour. The places we went to were ok but not enough to salvage the tour. Have done many tours around the world all of which I enjoyed, this tour however I did not.

Misa is a very professional guider and explained some of the life about sumo wrestler and give us a more knowledge of these japanese sport

Lam was a fantastic tour guide! We had so much fun exploring bars we would’ve never found on our own. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a fun night out!

This tour was amazing. Really took you through Shibuya to bars I would have never found on my own.
Lee and Ham were awesome to talk to and really knew the area. Would recommend this to anyone !

Hee and Lam were the best! I went into this tour thinking it would be awkward as I am not usually a social person. As soon as we all met up Hee and Lam welcome us and made us feel like we had known them our whole lives. They were super informative and engaging. The places were great and the drinks even better! I met some cool people on this experience and would recommended it to anyone extrovert or not. 

Our vegan food tour with Lam was awesome! We went to a really nice quiet area and he even showed us some extra shops. The food was great and Lam was very knowledgeable.

Lam was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Our tour was a blast and we would do it again. We not only visited places off the beaten path, we made some great travel friends as well!

Yuki and Lam were excellent guides to the Shinjuku nightlife. The food and drinks were great and they gave us lots of useful background on the izakaya experience. They even pointed us to a late-night karaoke spot that we enjoyed after the tour was over. Unforgettable tour!

I was disappointed by the bar crawl.  Perhaps it is targeted at a younger crowd who would only be interested in drinking, but I learned nothing about the culture or area of Shibuya.  It seemed overpriced for what it ended up being.

Excellent! Great 1st experience. Enjoyed a little trivia quiz facts at the end. Nice to watch morning Sumo training and be able to take pictures. Glad our guides got us there early before the rush of people. Best seats are in front.

Lam & Yuki were great, both super nice and made sure that everyone was taken care of. We had a great group, too. Lots of fun!

Lam was a great tour guide with a friendly and easy-going attitude. My Shibuya bar tour with him was a great activity to do early on during my solo stay in Tokyo to get out and meet new people and visit izakayas that I might not have otherwise attempted to go into.

This is a review of the Tokyo Sumo Wrestling morning practice tour.  This was a highlight of our trip to Tokyo.  We watched the members of a stable go through several hours of exercise and practice.  It was similar to a high-school or college team practice but much more exotic.  These young men are happy to be recruited to live and work in one of the 47 stables (sumo-heya).  We learned how the Sumo hierarchy in Japan works and the difficult path to the highest professional rank of yokozuna.  We also visited the Sumo Museum.  Lam and Chu were knowledgeable, friendly and made the morning fun.  I would highly recommend this.
