We had so much fun learning how to make fresh udon, tempura and onigiri. Our guide Josh was friendly and knowledgeable and gave us great tips on cooking and where to buy some local ingredients. The food we made was a lot so definitely go on an empty tummy! 

Josh was knowledgeable, great and helpful. Truly enjoyed the tour. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Josh was fantastic! He really allowed me to immerse in the local culture and enjoy an experience you would not have outside of the tour. I highly recommend 

It was so good thanks so much! So worth it! Not a history fan but found myself immersed and interested! The maiko was so fun! 

I had an amazing time with Josh on this hike - he was kind and knowledgeable and navigated the maze of off the beaten path trails with ease. I never imagined that I would have made it to the the peaks of the mountain,  and I learnt a lot about the history of the area,  and the religious background of the shrine. Thank you to Josh for a wonderful afternoon. 

Perfect for solo travellers,  although bring more water that you would think,  and wear hiking boots or trail shoes.
