Summer Comiket 2025 is one of the world's largest doujinshi (self-published works) exhibition and sale events held at the Tokyo International Exhibition Center.

The Asagaya Tanabata Festival is a traditional, warm-atmosphere festival held primarily along the "Pearl Center Shopping Street" in front of JR Asagaya Station.
When I first visited, I couldn't help but stop in my tracks, captivated by the colorful giant paper decorations spread throughout the shopping arcade.
The decorations, all handmade, feature motifs from the Tanabata story, current topics of the year, and popular characters, each brimming with humor and playfulness. Just walking through the area naturally brings a smile to your face, as you're surrounded by its warm charm.
