Pricing depends on transportation type, the length of your tour, group size, and the type of experiences you'd like to include. Once you share your preferences, we provide a clear quote with no hidden fees.
Q. Is there a minimum or maximum group size?
There's no strict minimum—we welcome solo travelers, couples, families, and large groups. The maximum group size depends on the activities chosen, but we ensure comfort and personal attention for every guest.
Q. Which cities do you offer Custom Tours from?
Our Custom Tours are available from Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka, the most popular gateways to Japan. From these hubs, we can also arrange experiences in nearby regions and hidden local areas.
For multi-day tours, we will create a separate itinerary for each day and for each city.
Q. Do you also offer multiple days custom tour?
No, at this moment, we offer up to 1 day custom tour.
Q. Does the tour price includes meal?
Basically No. You pay for your meal at a restaurant.
Q. Can you accommodate food preferences or dietary restrictions?
Yes. From vegetarian and vegan options to allergy-sensitive meals, we design dining experiences that meet your needs while still offering authentic Japanese flavors.

(2) Cancellation from the 20th day (10th day for day trips) prior to the commencement date up to the 8th day: 20% of the Tour Price
(3) Cancellation from the 7th day prior to the commencement date up to the 2nd day: 30% of the Tour Price
(4) Cancellation on the day before commencement: 40% of the Tour Price
(5) Cancellation on the day of commencement (excluding (6) below): 50% of the Tour Price
(6) Cancellation after commencement or failure to show without notice: 100% of the Tour Price
