The signature menu item at Snowbrand-Parlor is an ice cream called Snow Royal, which was specially made for the Emperor and Empress Showa. Le TAO is one of the most famous cake shops in Japan. It is famous for cakes made with fresh cream, taking advantage of being located in a fresh milk production area.
Among Le TAO's cakes, I most recommend the cheesecake called Fromage Double. At Kitakaro, you can eat soft serve ice cream that is reputed to be the most delicious in Hokkaido. The concept is "soft serve ice cream made by a French pastry patissier," and the attractive point is the mellow sweetness with plenty of vanilla beans.
The cone is thin-baked with a light texture and has excellent compatibility with the soft serve ice cream. Another pleasing point is that the ice cream is packed all the way to the tip of the cone.
My favorite is the rum raisin flavored soft serve ice cream, which is exclusive to the Sapporo main store. The rum flavor is strong, and the not-too-sweet adult taste is the best.

Yondai Kashin is a renowned shop famous for Japanese sweets made with ingredients sourced from Hokkaido. One of the most appealing aspects of Yondai Kashin is that they offer seasonal limited-edition sweets that allow you to experience Japan's four seasons.
For example, on the day of my visit (October 24th), many Japanese sweets featuring chestnuts, which are in season during autumn, were available. I tried a sweet bean paste jelly with chestnuts. The chestnuts were whole inside, and the fresh-baked, fluffy texture was absolutely delightful.
