CAFE YOSHIMI is a cafe located in Akarenga Terrace, a commercial facility directly connected to the underground passage linking Sapporo Station and Odori Station. This shop is located in an open space like a courtyard, where you can relax comfortably in a sophisticated atmosphere designed by Makoto Nakayama, a leading Hokkaido architect representing Japan.
What I especially want you to taste at this cafe is the YOSHIMI Premium Blend. This is a carefully crafted cup that was finally completed after 55 trial productions, where you can enjoy authentic coffee with an exquisite balance of richness, bitterness, and acidity.

At this cafe, you can taste coffee from MORIHICO., a popular coffee bean specialty shop in Hokkaido, and exquisite toast using bread from pain au traditionnel, a Sapporo bakery. There are also locally produced fruit beers, and being able to enjoy reading while savoring alcohol at night is one of my favorites.
Since this cafe is open from early morning until late at night, it's also perfect for stopping by between Sapporo sightseeing.

Fantastic images of blue skies and starry skies are projected on the walls and ceiling inside the cafe, and you can experience an extraordinary space as if you were under the sky while being indoors.
At this cafe, Instagram-worthy drinks such as hot lemonade that changes color from blue to red and flavored tea poured into glasses designed with rose motifs are also the secret to its popularity. The beautiful colors of the drinks stand out in the interior illuminated with blue-toned light, and I couldn't help but take photos.
