In this cooking experience we learned to cook authentic home dishes of Japan, which was fantastic. We found how Japanese people treat everything neatly even in making a simple fish dish. Mariko is a great teacher, explaining everything very carefully, including the review.
This cooking class with Mariko is no doubt the highlight of my trip to Japan. She is quite good at speaking English, and her place is very clean and comfortable to cook. My husband highly praised all those meals I learned from her. Really wanna visit her again next time I come to Japan.
