What You Will Learn with YUCa

After the supermarket tour, we will make Ramen, a noodle dish with delicious soup and many toppings. I like to make Ramen soup from the scratch because it's healthier which is important for my family! In addition, I'll teach how to make crispy and juicy "Gyoza pizza" which looks like a beautiful flower. I'm excited to teach you easy, simple and yummy dishes as well as my cooking tips! Let's cook!

Hello, my name is YUCa!

Coming from a family of farmers, I grew up consuming local grown food from northern part of Japan. Worked as a food writer in Toronto (CANADA) and New York (US).

I came back to Tokyo and worked at a fermented food & vegetarian/vegan cuisine restaurant. Currently offers Japanese cooking classes mainly in Tokyo and teaches healthy cooking for guests from all over the world while creating more recipes.

On the class date, I pick you up at North Gate of JR Tabata station. Then, we all take TAXI to my private kitchen.

- We will taste green tea with Roasted brown rice. If you like sake, please tell me! I will introduce my favorite premium sake.
